Ive never seriously played any sport before since I was so uncoordinated and slow and couldnt run. Since Ive started training bjj I can now run and my coordination and cardio have noticeably improved. My self esteem, ability to make decisions under stress, perception and comprehension have improved and there are far fewer symptoms of depression. Master Aldo and team members here have been very patient with all of my difficulties.
