ALDO BATISTA’S CLUB of BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU (A.B.C.B.J.J.)
you will learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and learn a foundation of grappling and ground movement.
The instructor will teach you the proper techniques, and supervise your training so that it
is safe and effective. You will have the opportunity to learn takedowns, chokes, leg locks, armbars,
and other submission techniques of this fine art.
ONCE YOU HAVE LEARNED THE FUNDAMENTALS
...of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, you will have the opportunity to expand into our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu program. At

we will help you learn a complete system and show you why training many facets of different ground games
(i.e. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Submission and Grappling) will make you a complete martial artist.
You wil also get a great workout where you will burn close to 800 calories per class.

TRAINING ROUTINE
(Usual Attire consist of “ Jiu-Jitsu” gi, kimono; rash guard, t-shirt and grappling short for
no-gi Jiu-Jitsu class).
All Training occurs on the floor with padded mats. A typical class involves 30 minutes of warm up,
conditioning and streatching, 30 minutes of learning and practicing techniques with a peer partner,
and 30 minutes of free sparring. Sparring is usually with an opponent of equal skills,
where techniches learned are put into practice in a more live environment.
